The spectral characteristic of quartz glass JGS1/JGS2/JGS3
There are three types of optical quartz glass:
JGS1 far-ultraviolet quartz glass, with application spectral wavelength 185-2000nm, is made of synthetic Silica, using Sicl4 as raw material. JGS2 ultraviolet quartz glass, with application spectral wavelength 220-2500nm, using crystal as raw material, is produced by gas refining method. JGS3 infrared optical quartz glass, with application spectral wavelength 260-3500nm, using crystal or high purity quartz sand as raw materials, is produced by vacuum pressure furnace.
Spectral characteristic
- Far-ultraviolet optical quartz glassJGS1
It is transparent in the ultraviolet and visible spectrum; There is no absorption band in spectral wavelength 185-2500nm and strong absorption band in spectral wavelength 2600-2800nm; It is non-luminous, and has stable light radiation.
- Ultraviolet optical quartz glassJGS2
It is transparent in the ultraviolet and visible spectrum; There is no absorption band in spectral wavelength 220-2500nm and strong absorption band in spectral wavelength 2600-2800nm; It is non-luminous, and has stable light radiation. It is a kind of optical quartz glass made by melting high-grade crystal powder with hydrogen and oxygen flame, and it has good transmission in spectral wavelength 220-2500nm. Its infrared transmission is the same as that of far-ultraviolet quartz glass.
- Infrared optical quartz glass JGS3
It is transparent in the visible and infrared spectrum; There is no obvious absorption band in spectral wavelength 2600-2800nm.
